Carol is an executive leader and Board Certified Safety Professional with expertise in EHS program development, leadership training, global talent development, and employee engagement. She spent 25 years with the General Electric company developing tools and leading teams in various divisions, spending the last 11 years as the Global EHS Leader for GE’s Research and Development Division. She is skilled in managing risk profiles in emerging technologies, including additive manufacturing, energy storage, biosafety, robotics, and engineered nanomaterials. Carol has broad knowledge and experience in OSHA compliance – program development, training, and auditing, team building and leadership – workshop development and facilitation, safety risk assessments, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), and continuous improvement
Carol earned a B.S. in Biology from Clarkson University and is six sigma green belt certified
